Purpose of the platform
The platform presents The Leader’s distance language-learning offers and allows users to submit a pre-registration request, share availability, take an internal placement test and follow the placement, trial, group formation and enrolment stages.
Placement test
The test is an internal placement tool, not a diploma or official certification. Its automatic estimate covers reading comprehension, vocabulary in context and language use. The written response is reviewed by a human. Listening and speaking are not assessed digitally.
Hosting and technical service
The platform is published using ChatGPT Sites, a service provided by OpenAI. Some technical operations may rely on international infrastructure and technical providers. Any relevant processing and transfers must remain subject to the applicable safeguards and formalities before public activation.
Intellectual property
The platform structure, visual identity, text, original question banks and learning materials belong to The Leader or are used with permission. Substantial copying, extraction or reuse without prior permission is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
Accuracy and liability
The Leader seeks to keep information accurate and current. Schedules, group openings and assignments remain subject to confirmation. A technical interruption, temporary unavailability or manifest error does not create a contractual commitment. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
